Emineh Issaian is the founder and principal attorney of the Issaian Law Firm, A Professional Corporation.  Prior to establishing the Issaian Law Firm, Ms. Issaian served as a defense litigation attorney focusing on litigation cases involving personal injury, slip and fall, assault and battery, security guard, mold, and habitability cases.  Ms. Issaian’s knowledge and experience on how insurance companies evaluate and defend cases provided her with valuable insight about the most effective ways to build strong cases.  With this valuable experience under her belt, Ms. Issaian now represents the injured individuals in personal injury and premises liability matters.

EDUCATION:

Emineh Issaian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management, from California State University of Los Angeles.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, where she served as a member and external competitor for the Trial Advocacy honors team.   

 

At Whittier School of Law, Ms. Issaian also served as an honors member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board; and a fellow for Intellectual Property of Law.  While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Issaian externed at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Orange County Public Defender’s Office, respectively.
